Carrs Creek Schoolhouse is located 4km from the centre of Grafton. The residence is set on two acres of picturesque land with many heritage trees including a magnificent English Oak left standing for over a century. Carrs Creek Schoolhouse is a Heritage Listed brick school with an original, highly pitched tin roof. It accommodates two adults and one small baby. The residence contains a queen bed, a single bed and an antique bassinet. Features include a full size kitchen with electric stove, full size fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, wood burning heater, R/C air conditioning and an antique claw-foot bath. Wifi and Smart TV have been installed.
